While hunting for a new apartment in NYC (my current homebase), I keep hearing, do you want size or location? What's your opinion? |

| Location of apartment, more important | Size of apartment, more important | |
|
- what is location? Isn't location all in the mind? Like, for instance, I might be living in NYC right now, but my mind is on an island in the carribean. Am I right people?
- a good location usually means walking distance to things like, the water, cool cafes and restaurants, trains, and other good amenities - in nyc, good location means you can walk out of your apartment, see great girls and less riff raff and get a good taco fast - possibly a safer area...no weirdos like bootywhiteman sneaking up on you and pulling one of these: ![]() |
- isn't size a relative thing?
- the bigger apartments are usually further away from things and not in the thick of it. - bigger apartment, bigger pimpin - more room for my va va va voom - a bigger apartment means more space for more things: watermelons, girls in bikinis for disco parties, and of course for my "creations" which will one day serve for the good of mankind (that might sound sinister but if you can only realize how valuable a collection of belly lint will be one day, you'll understand) - it's not the size of the apartment that matters, is the way you use it. yeah yeah yeah. |
