This was a tough one, especially as a Jersey girl. I had to go with who is BJ since they are more active in NJ. For instance, they played at the opening of the new Devils arena in Newark last year. I also can't resist the three finger pump whenever I hear "Living on a Prayer'.

As a Jersey boy I am appalled at what is happening here. Particularly from the Jersey folks. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Who rules New Jersey? THE BOSS! He was ruling NJ way before bon-juvenile ever got there and was rocking crowds at the Stone Pony before being from Jersey was even a shout out. New Jersey has always had that double face. The face everyone sees, factories, oil processing plants ad airports, and hair and attitude and that’s BJ but then there is the real Jersey, the Jersey that makes the whole East coast tick, the beautiful parks and neighborhoods, the hard working men and women who commute every day. That is the real Jersey and the Boss is the music that keeps Jersey going, not the pop crap that has a shelf life.
