- he can fly, without the help of any machines or crafts. for example, if he went skinny dipping in a lake and some pranksters pulled some shenanigans and stole his uniform, it wouldn't matter. he would just fly off, super nude, and go to the dry cleaners and pick up his other uniform. he don't need the uniform to fly. - he has superhuman strength, speed, super breath (not like the kind buttholio has. he can freeze things by blowing on them, has propulsive force), heat vision, x-ray vision, oh yeah, and the dude can fly. - what if he gets drunk?!! - he's vulnerable to kryptonite. it nullifies superman's powers and immobilizes him with pain. prolonged exposure will eventually kill him. this sounds like XvsY and the Tyra Banks show. - he gets his powers from the sun. - fortress of solitude |

yeah. i have to say, i've been wanting to run this contest since the inception of XversusY. it's one of the big ones for me. here's the thing, for me it's a no contest. no matter what kryptonite suit, kryptonite ray guy, whatever batman can devise...it's not match for superman. UNLESS batman could find a way to block the sun, i don't see it happening because of this scenario. batman is all set with his super weapon to get superman. superman sees this, cause he has super vision and takes a MOUNTAIN (yes a mountain), flies up about half a mile into the sky and drops said mountain on top of batman. boom. done. squisherooo. no mas. finito. caput. adios bathombre. el fin.

Although much more of a Batman fan, i must vote my conscience! Superman wins almost any contest. unless batman is prepared for the confrontation and superman is ambushed as in DKR. but since XvsY didnt give any parameters, superman has the advantage in most sitcheeashions.

However, in a spontaneous fight Batman would be lucky to get out alive. Although, if any super hero could, it’s the one without any super powers. The superior smarts and wealth may get Batman out alive and he may even injure Superman in the process, but winning a fight with Superman needs planning like GayCowboy said.
